Past Grey Kangaroo Certificate Boundaries
Since 2025, the top 10% of entrants receive a Gold Kangaroo Certificate, the next 20% receive a Silver Kangaroo Certificate and the next 30% receive a Bronze Kangaroo Certificate. All other students receive either a Certificate of Qualification (if they qualified automatically from the Intermediate Maths Challenge) or a Certificate of Participation (if they made a discretionary entry without qualifying automatically).

Past Pink Kangaroo Certificate Boundaries

Past Merit Boundaries – Grey and Pink Kangaroos pre-2025
Before 2025, Kangaroo students received either a Merit if they were in the top 25% of participants, or a Certificate of Participation or Qualification if they were not.
